ITEM AVAILABILITY

The fulfillment process for most all orders begins as soon as your online

purchase is completed.  Your order will be shipped once your payment is

approved, the item/s are located, packaged and the shipping address is

verified.

 

We do our best to keep online inventory up-to-date; however stock can change very quickly and there are no back orders.   If we are unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable,  we will phone you and email from the cart. If we do not hear back within the time period stated on the message/email then we will ship your order as-is and refund the out-of-stock item via method of payment.

 

If at any time the hoopsupplies.com site becomes inadvertently out of date or incomplete, Discount Hoop Supply will not be held responsible. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times will vary according to the shipping method you selected and the location of your shipping address.

 

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Federal Holidays within the United States.

 

Orders of in-stock merchandise with "non-rush" status generally ship within 1-3 business days if received and authorized before 12 PM CST depending on current orders in queue.  Orders of in-stock merchandise with "RUSH" processing attached will ship within 24 business hours.

 

Orders shipped to an APO/FPO Military address are shipped within the US Postal Service.  Orders to these addresses that cannot be expedited, may take up to 21 business days for delivery.

 

Tubing orders require a street address.  Providing PO BOX for your shipping address may delay the processing of your order or result in shipping surcharges.

 

If we have evidence (delivery confirmation) that your product was delivered by USPS®/UPS®/FedEx SmartPost®/FedEx® to your requested shipping address, then Discount Hoop Supply will not be held responsible for any theft and/or damage taking place once the package is left on your property.  Insurance can be added here: [insurance]

 

If delivery charges are incurred due to error on customer part (ie. providing us the incorrect shipping address), customer will be fully responsible for said charges and no other orders will be shipped until the balance has been reconciled in full.  Hoopsupplies.com has the right to process any shipping charges that were incurred due to error on customer part.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Hoopsupplies.com is pleased to offer flat rate* shipping tier to addresses within the Contiguous US (*wholesale/bulk orders are not eligible for flat rate shipping offer). We ship our products out of Nashville Tennessee via UPS® Ground/Fedex® Smart Post/Fedex® Ground/Home Delivery and USPS® Priority Mail.

 

Overnight USPS® Express/UPS®/FedEx® Air is also available: If you need your order quickly and live within the US, we can offer you the option to upgrade your shipping method to overnight/air service.  You are welcome to request a shipping quote before you order by simply emailing us a list of items and the destination address and we will send you a shipping charge to approve before your order is processed.

 

LOCAL PICK UP

Local pick up is also available: If you would like to pick up your order from our East Nashville location, please enter LOCALPICKUP into the coupon code upon checking out.  This will remove $9.95 from your order and you will be notified via email when your order is ready for pick up.  THIS METHOD IS VALID ONLY FOR LOCAL PICK UP CUSTOMERS. ORDERS NOT RECEIVING LOCAL PICK UP WILL BE CANCELED OUT AND REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY.  (Please check your spam folder.  Any orders that have remained in our possession for pick up after 30 days become the property of Discount Hoop Supply and no refunds will be made.  If you have further questions about this option, please email us and reference your order number if you have one.)

 

TRANSIT TIMES

Each carrier and shipping method has their own "transit time".  Once your order has shipped from our warehouse it begins it's "transit".  Transit times do not include processing and/or packaging of orders.   Below is the approximate transit time for FedEx Ground/Home Services.  Number of transit days does not include Saturday, Sunday and/or National Holidays (or processing/packaging time).

 

We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs or change shipping carriers at any time without notice.  Wholesale/bulk orders are not eligible for flat rate shipping tier offer.

TRACKING

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages once the shipping label has been printed for your order.  You can find the tracking number for your order in your shipment confirmation email.  (Please check your spam folder)  It may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system.  While your package has already shipped from our warehouse in Nashville Tennessee and is on it's way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide information about your package for 48 hours.

 

Because we use multiple carriers and shipping methods, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased and the shipping method selected and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).  Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability track a package.  In these cases hoopsupplies.com will not be able to offer any tracking information.

 

If you have further questions about your order, please email us and reference your order number.  You can locate this number in your email (order confirmation) or by logging into your hoopsupplies.com account here and then clicking on MY ACCOUNT on the top right.  It should take you to your order history.

 

REFUSED and/or RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If we have to re-ship a package due to customer error, there will be additional shipping charges added to your order. These charges will be equal to the original shipping charge to cover the second shipment. Orders that are refused and not re-shipped are subject to a $15.00 charge or 25% restocking fee (whichever is greater) in addition to freight charges. No further shipments will be made until these charges are settled.

 

OUTSTANDING SHIPPING CHARGES:  (If you request an overnight shipping charge)

Because of liability issues, is not within our policy (or our spacial capabilities) to "hold onto" any orders that have been paid for (and fulfilled) yet have outstanding shipping charges due; therefore, you must pay for your shipping charges within 7 days from the date the order was placed.  On the 8th day, orders that have not had their shipping charges paid for in full, will be refunded (minus a 25% restocking and transaction fee) via check through the regular postal service.   ANY orders that are canceled before the 8th day will also be subject to a 30% restocking fee and transaction fee via check.  Any lost and/or damaged checks will have a $25 reprocessing fee for replacement.   Your processing a purchase on our site is your statement of agreement to the above said policies.
